   Here at diecast-search.com we are the administrators of this web site. But we also have our own diecast inventory listed for sale. The policies on this page refer to our diecast inventory and not to the web site as a whole, or any of the other dealers web sites for that matter. They each have their own policies. So then, below we have our store policies.
   All our inventory has never been displayed or opened other then to look at them when they were received to be sure they were not damaged. They were received directly from the distributers or the company that made them. 

   We will check each piece over before it is shipped. Any flaw or damage to the diecast or the box will be related to the customer before the piece is shipped. If for some good reason you are not happy with the piece, we do except returns. The piece must be returned with in 4 days after it is received. In most cases, the customer pays the return shipping. It depends on the situation. It should be returned using the same box and packing material it was received in. 

   We ship orders the same business day they are taken, or the first business day after the order is taken as long as payment has been received. We accept credit cards, money orders and personal checks. If payment is made using a personal check. We will hold the diecast piece for 10 business days until the the check clears the bank. We ship by US Mail unless the customer requests UPS. Shipping is generally paid by the customer. Our goal is your satisfaction
